On an Android device:
Go to Settings > Device: Storage and make sure you have at least 3 GB of space available.
Close your background applications by tapping the square icon to bring up Recent Apps. Tap and swipe away any other open apps to close them.
Hold the power button down for ten seconds. This should restart your device.
Delete and reinstall the app. Reinstalling is very important because it ensures that you are running the latest and most up-to-date version of Noggin.
Make sure your OS is up to date. Go to Settings > Device > About Phone or Tablet > System Updates to see if there is an update available.

On an Amazon Kindle device:
